At what time do rooms become available on the day of arrival?
Reserved rooms are available from 3pm.

When should we vacate the room on the day of departure?
Please vacate your room by 11am. If you would like to occupy the room for longer, please contact reception. If the room is not vacated by 2pm, we reserve the right to charge the daily rate for the room.

What do I need to remember when checking out?
Several guests may often want to check out at the same time. If this happens, please be patient so that we can settle everyone’s account correctly. Please tell us of any special requirements before we make up your bill. Don’t forget to hand back your keycard. For the settlement of bills we accept: cash, debit card, VISA, MasterCard.

What are the opening hours for reception?
Reception is staffed from 7am to 10pm.

What is the difference between the different categories of room?
All rooms have bath or shower, WC, telephone, cable TV with film premieres and radio, Internet connection, safe, hairdryer and bathrobe, and most also have a balcony. The different room categories relate to the size of the room.

Can I bring my dog?
Four-legged friends are very welcome. For dogs we charge € 9 per day, not including food. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or spa area.

Can we pre-book cosmetic or massage treatments?
We recommend that you arrange the appointments you want a few days before your arrival, either by phone, by fax or by e-mail. Then all you need to do when you arrive is confirm them. Please bear in mind that the availability of beauty appointments is also limited.

Do I need travel cancellation insurance?
To make sure all eventualities are covered, you can take out travel insurance here: www.europaeische.at

If you arrive later or depart earlier than planned, we will charge the agreed half-board rate (with a deduction of €20) per day if we are unable to allocate the room to other guests. Subject to unforeseen cost increases. The contractual terms of the Austrian hotel industry shall apply.
