Pure wine pleasure

We would be glad to organize a wine tasting to show you the noble wines that slowly maturate in our wine cellar. Our selected inventory includes international delicacies as well as renowned Austrian and South Tyrolean wines that we particularly appreciate.

For my creations I like to use the cabernet since it unfolds its intense pleasant aroma in many traditional dishes such as our game ragout. For family celebrations we often use the heideboden, a light wine with superb aromatic notes that perfectly goes with different dishes.

Let´s taste different vintages of different wines in the wonderful atmosphere of our vaulted wine cellar!
