What time can we get into our room on the arrival day?
You can enter your room at 3 p.m.
What time do we need to leave our room on the departure day?
Please leave your room until 11 a.m. Please contact our reception if you wish to stay in your room a bit longer. If you leave your room after 2 p.m. you might be charged a one-day room fee.
What do I have to take into consideration when checking out?
It might happen that many guests want to check out at the same time and that you have to wait for your turn. We thank you in advance for your patience. Please inform us about special requests before issuing your invoice. Do not forget to give back your keycard. We accept: cash, cash card, Visa, Mastercard.
When is the reception open?
The reception is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
What is the difference amongst the room categories?
All rooms are equipped with bath tub or shower, WC, telephone, cable TV, radio, safe, hairdryer, bath robe and balcony. The different categories correspond to different room sizes.
Can I take my dog with me?
Of course your dog is welcome! We charge EUR 16.00 per dog/day without dog food. You cannot take your dog into the restaurant and into the wellness area. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I take a cosmetic and massage appointment in advance?
We recommend scheduling these appointments some days before your arrival by telephone, fax or e-mail. You only need to confirm them once you arrive at the hotel. Please consider the fact that the availability of beauty appointments is limited.
Should I get travel cancellation insurance?
In order to be covered and prepared for any emergencies you can purchase a travel cancellation insurance policy at: www.europaeische.at
In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the half-board price (less € 12.-) per day if the room cannot be occupied by other guests. Unforeseen cost increases might occur. The contractual provisions of the Austrian hotel industry shall apply.
