The sun is shining over the winter white mountains. The powder snow is spraying at every turn and every ride down to the valley is pure pleasure. This is what skiing in Montafon is all about! Numerous attractive ski regions, which will surely please every kind of ski enthusiast, await you near our ski hotel in Vorarlberg.

In total, Montafon offers about 220 kilometres of slopes, about 60 ropeways and limitless snow pleasure for skiers, snowboarders and company. Such as the Gargellen ropeways which will take you to some exciting and sunny downhill runs and a legendary powder slope. Or the small-scale terrain at the Kristberg where the entire family will be able to make their turns in complete serenity. Or the Golm ski region, which offers gentle practice slopes as well as the extremely steep Diabolo slope for expert skiers. Not to mention the endless skiing pleasures which are guaranteed by the snow-safe and rewarded slopes of the Silvretta-Montafon. The latter is located just about 1.2 kilometres away from our ski hotel in Vorarlberg. In addition, our free ski shuttle will take you comfortably from the Verwall to the valley station of the Versettla ropeway. You will also be able to get your ski pass directly at our reception, so that you will be able to access the ropeways without any loss of time.

Silvretta Montafon

Silvretta Montafon

  • Access points: Gaschurn (Versettla ropeway), St. Gallenkirch (Valisera, Grasjoch & Garfrescha ropeways), Schruns (Hochjoch & Zamang ropeway), Silbertal (Kapell ropeway)
  • Months of operation: early December until early/mid-April
  • Slopes: approx. 140 km; of these 60 km are blue (easy), 45 km red (intermediate), 8 km black (expert), 28 km ski routes.
  • Additional offers: snow park at the Grasjoch, Black Scorpions (7 slopes with an inclination up to 81%), 2 race tracks with speed indicator, children and beginner area, free ride area

Golm

Golm
  • Varied ski region with all the trimmings
  • Access point: Vandans (Golmer ropeway)
  • Months of operation: early December until mid-April
  • Slopes: approx. 36 km; of these 13 km are blue (easy), 11 km red (intermediate), 1.5 km black (expert), 10.5 km ski routes
  • Additional offers: kid’s world with all-day care, Golmi forest and kindergarten, cross track, kicker line, Golm Alpine Coaster, natural sled run

Gargellen
