Arrival and departure

Your booked room will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On departure day, we kindly ask you to clear your room until 11 a.m. If you should prefer a later check-out, please contact our reception. In case of check-out after 2 p. m., we reserve the right to charge a one-day room fee.
Late check-out plus admittance to our pool area and afternoon buffet until 5 p.m.: 25 € for adults, 16 € for children from 6 to 16 years of age.
Early arrival plus breakfast buffet: 16 € for adults, 10 € for children from 6 to 16 years of age.

Half-board cancellation until 11 p.m.: -15 €
Children from 0 to 5 years of age in parents‘ room: 100% discount (except for GOLDEVOR and BARKÖTTA rooms)
Children from 6 to 11 years of age in parents‘ room: 40% discount (except for GOLDEVOR and BARKÖTTA rooms)
Children from 12 years of age in parents‘ room as well as guest of every age in multi-bed rooms: 15% discount
Early booking bonus: At a definite booking of at least 4 nights and up to 3 months before arrival, you will be granted a 5% discount on your booked holiday. Except for offers and packages.

Your beloved pets are welcome here with us. For dogs, we charge a daily fee of 16 € (food excluded).
Please understand that dogs are not allowed to the restaurant and the wellness area.

In the entire hotel you will be able to use our wireless internet connection. You will receive the access code at the reception.

All prices are exclusive of the local tourist tax of 1.90 € (in summer) or rather 2.00 € (in winter) for all guests over the age of 14.

In order to be prepared for all inconveniences, we recommend you to effect a travel cancellation insurance on www.europaeische.at.

Up to 30 days before arrival, no additional fees will be charged in case of cancellation.
Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, we will charge 20% of your booked arrangement.
From 13 to 3 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of your booked arrangement.
Starting at 2 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of your booked stay.
As general terms the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

We recommend you to arrange your desired wellness appointments already prior to your arrival via phone, fax or email. You will only have to confirm them at your arrival.
Should you not be able to keep your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel it in due time.

All rooms are equipped with bath tub or shower and toilet, beach bag (bathrobe, slippers), care selection in the bathroom, hairdryer, vanity mirror, safe, TV, phone and umbrella as well as most of them dispose of a balcony. The different room categories refer to the respective room size.
Please understand that we cannot definitely guarantee particular room numbers, cardinal directions or floor numbers. We will be glad to guarantee your booked room category.
As a health-oriented hotel, we ask you to understand that all of our rooms are non-smoking. This also applies to the restaurant and the bar. Smoking is allowed on the balcony; please ask our staff for ashtrays.
